The short version
14-day full refund on direct clbpass.com purchases. No questions, no exit interview.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

- Monthly subscriptions: cancel any time in settings. The current month isn't refunded but you keep access until the end of the cycle.
- Lifetime purchases: full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Founder pre-orders
Founder access is a pre-order. You pay $9 now and lock in founder pricing forever.
Founder pre-orders are refundable in full at any time before public launch.
After launch, the standard 14-day window applies.
App Store & Play Store
Purchases made through Apple or Google are subject to their refund policies and must be requested through them. We don't process those refunds ourselves.
